BeApex Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how purchase and redemption issues are handled for BeApex on iOS and Android.

1. Scope

1.1 This policy applies to paid in-app digital items and services purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

1.2 This policy does not create rights inconsistent with mandatory consumer laws in your jurisdiction.

2. Platform Billing Control

2.1 All in-app purchases in BeApex are processed by the applicable platform billing provider (Apple or Google).

2.2 Refund requests for platform purchases must be submitted through the original app store account used for purchase.

2.3 Devfing cannot override final refund decisions made by Apple or Google under their respective billing policies.

3. Virtual Currency and Promotional Rewards

3.1 Gems, Stars, and Credits are virtual promotional units and are not redeemable for cash.

3.2 Credits used for gift cards, vouchers, prepaid recharges, or similar promotional rewards are final once redemption has been approved, issued, or fulfilled, except where required by law.

3.3 Reward inventory is limited and may be modified, paused, or discontinued at any time.

4. Non-Refundable Events

Unless required by applicable law, the following are generally non-refundable:

  • Used or consumed digital boosters, benefits, or ad-removal features.
  • Credits or rewards revoked due to policy violations, fraud, or anti-cheat enforcement.
  • Losses linked to user-side device issues, internet outages, or unsupported environments.
  • Offerwall reward disputes caused by third-party qualification or tracking failures.

5. Unauthorized or Fraudulent Transactions

5.1 If you suspect unauthorized billing, contact Apple or Google immediately and notify us at admin@devfing.com.

5.2 Devfing reserves the right to suspend associated accounts, pending investigation, where chargeback abuse, payment fraud, or account compromise is reasonably suspected.

6. Technical Delivery Issues

If purchased benefits are not delivered due to a verified technical fault in BeApex, contact support and we will attempt a reasonable remedial action (such as entitlement restoration), subject to account verification and logs.
