1.3 This Policy applies to BeApex services, including gameplay, leaderboards, account support, ad integrations, offerwall tasks, referral programs, and reward redemption operations.

We may collect the following data categories:

• Account data: username, email address, account identifiers.
• Device and network data: device model, operating system, language, app version, IP address, device identifiers.
• Gameplay data: session activity, games played, Gems earned, Stars generated/collected, leaderboards, season rank.
• Rewards data: Credits accrual events, redemption requests, fulfillment status, anti-fraud validation outcomes.
• Monetization and engagement data: ad interactions, offerwall task events, referral events, in-app purchase metadata.
• Support and communication data: messages sent to support and related records.

We process personal data to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve BeApex features and gameplay quality.
• Operate accounts, authenticate users, and secure platform access.
• Detect fraud, bots, emulation abuse, reward manipulation, and other policy violations.
• Operate leaderboards, Battle Seasons, and reward eligibility workflows.
• Measure performance, analytics, debugging, reliability, and abuse prevention.
• Deliver advertisements and process rewarded ad/offerwall events through approved partners.
• Process in-app purchase metadata and customer support requests.

Where applicable, we rely on one or more of these legal bases:

5.1 We may share limited identifiers and event signals with advertising, attribution, analytics, and offerwall partners to deliver ads, prevent fraud, verify task completion, and measure campaign effectiveness.

11.1 iOS and Android platform permissions may expose additional data controls in your device settings.

11.2 For in-app purchases, payment card data is processed by Apple or Google and is not directly collected by Devfing.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes may be communicated by in-app notice or updated web publication. Continued app use after effective date means acknowledgment of the revised policy.
