This policy protects competitive integrity, ensures fair leaderboard outcomes, and safeguards promotional reward systems in BeApex Battle Seasons.

1. Purpose

This policy protects competitive integrity, ensures fair leaderboard outcomes, and safeguards promotional reward systems in BeApex Battle Seasons.

2. Strictly Prohibited Conduct

  • Botting, scripting, automation tools, macros, or simulated input techniques.
  • Use of modified clients, unauthorized overlays, memory tooling, packet tampering, or runtime manipulation.
  • Emulator abuse, device spoofing, rooted/jailbroken exploit chains, or virtualization to bypass controls.
  • Manipulation of Gems, Stars, Credits, rewards, referrals, ad events, offerwall events, or redemption pathways.
  • Collusion, multi-account farming, account sharing, impersonation, or any method intended to distort competition.

3. Monitoring and Detection

Devfing may use automated and manual review systems, including telemetry, anomaly detection, behavioral scoring, and partner alerts, to identify abuse patterns and suspicious activity.

4. Enforcement Actions

Devfing may apply one or more actions at its discretion:

  • Warning notices and temporary restrictions.
  • Score resets, season disqualification, or leaderboard removals.
  • Reward reversal, redemption cancellation, or referral invalidation.
  • Temporary suspension or permanent account ban.

5. Appeal Requests

Users may request a compliance review by contacting admin@devfing.com. Submission of an appeal does not guarantee account restoration or reward reinstatement.

6. Policy Updates

Devfing may update anti-cheat controls and this policy at any time to address emerging abuse methods, legal obligations, and platform compliance requirements.
